1. Preparation of Documents and Goods

• Passport: Make sure your passport is valid and stamped upon entry into Singapore.
  
• Ferry tickets: Prepare a ferry ticket from Singapore to Batam. If you don’t have one, you can buy one at the port (HarbourFront or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal).
  
• Carry-on Baggage: Make sure all luggage is complete and in accordance with the rules (do not carry prohibited items or exceed customs limits).

2. Choose a Port in Singapore

You can choose the following departure ports:

• HarbourFront Centre: Generally used for ferry routes to Batam Centre or Sekupang.

  Tips:

Check the ferry departure schedule in advance (usually every 1-2 hours).

3. Process at Singapore Port
